Duties and responsibilities :
- Switchboard management
- Billing management and follow-up
- Management of the entire office: supplier relations
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Filing and archiving
Your profile :
- You have good interpersonal skills, you are organised, autonomous, rigorous, and precise.
- You have 1-2 years experience in a law firm.
Hours: Full time
Salary: According to profile and experience
Starting date: ASAP
