TeamRH is recruiting a Trilingual Assistant on behalf of a client:




Our client is a beautiful Parisian law firm, with around 20 associates and 12 partners. They want to welcome an assistant to their dynamic team.


Main tasks :

Answering the phone and physically greeting clients, organising meetings

Administrative duties: Formatting emails and documents, dictations and procedural acts, timetabling, travel arrangements, mail and order management, filing, reprographics, communicating with different suppliers, updating databases, mailshot, running errands across Paris to monitor the lawyers’ case files (Courts administration service, Administration, Law Courts…)

Accounting duties: Billing/Expense account management


Your profile :

BTEC equivalent (Bac +2) in Management assistance, SME/SMI management, or equivalent

Level of experience required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in secretarial work, ideally in a law firm

Excellent writing skills

Command of IT software: Pack Office/Knowledge of SECIB is a plus

Ability to take phonecalls in English.


Contract: CDI

Hours: Full time (35 hours a week)

Salary: 28,000€ annual gross salary

Location: Central Paris

Starting date: ASAP
