Corporate\/M&A\/Private Equity Lawyer (M\/F)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your missions:<\/p>\n

Working on behalf of a French and international clientele comprised of corporations and investment funds of various sizes…<\/p>\n

You will work on the firm’s very attractive cases from start to finish, particularly in the following areas : mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, restructuring, equity transactions, private equity, advice to investment funds etc.<\/p>\n

Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n

CAPA holder<\/p>\n

You have at least 3-5 years of experience (excluding internships) in recognised law firms in the field.<\/p>\n

A very good level of English, both spoken and written, is essential.<\/p>\n

Required qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– You have a good sense of priorities.<\/p>\n

– You are rigorous, organised and proactive.<\/p>\n

– You are a team player and a collaborative person.<\/p>\n
