They work for insurance companies.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>Duties and responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality and specialisation in our areas of work.<\/li>\n<li>Proximity to our clients and partners, availability an involvement.<\/li>\n<li>Rigour in the analysis and management of our files.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of skills.<\/li>\n<li>They intervene in the following areas:\n<ul>\n<li>Construction site incidents<\/li>\n<li>Damage during construction.<\/li>\n<li>Reception<\/li>\n<li>Perfect completion guarantee<\/li>\n<li>10-year guarantee<\/li>\n<li>Damage to works<\/li>\n<li>Third-party dammage (neighbours)<\/li>\n<li>Amicable and legal expertise<\/li>\n<li>General contracting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>With a requirement on the quality of work, they only do litigation, not advice, so you need to be fluent in civil procedure.
