Receptionist

On behalf of a client, TeamRH is searching for a:

 

Receptionist

 

Within a Parisian notary study, you will be in charge of the following missions:

– Classification of accounting documents and accounting records.

– Supplies:

  • preparation of internal orders;
  • Receiving orders (and control of delivery);
  • Storage of supplies;
  • Distribution to clercs.

– Photocopy paper:

  • Ordering;
  • Delivery tracking (dispatch in the study).

– Drinks and coffee:

  • Inventory management (expiry date + ordering) ;
  • Receiving orders;
  • Replenishment of fridges.

– Other tasks:

  • Change of lightbulbs;
  • Watering plants;

 

Profile:

– Good elocution;

– Good presentation;

– Punctuality and diligence;

– Good will, common sense and autonomy.

 

Contract: CDI

Hours: 35 hours

Option 1 :

Morning : 10h30 – 12h30

Afternoon: 14h00 – 19h00

Option 2 :

Morning : 10h00 – 12h30

Afternoon: 14h00 – 18h30

 

Salary: 1.800€ gross for 13 months

Location: Paris

Starting date: ASAP
