HR Administrator

TeamRH is looking for a:

HR Administrator

Your Tasks

  • Administrative monitoring of personnel
    • Preparing contracts and work certificates
    • Drafting end of contract documents (work certificates, account balances, internship attestations, etc.)
    • Follow-up and updating personnel files (electronic and paper versions)
  • Health Insurance: dealing with files and contracts with the provider
  • Follow-up of medical visits
  • Statement to social organisations (DARES : statistical organisation relating to health, professional training and employment, DPAE: declarations before hiring)
  • Follow-up of variables relating to pay: paid leave, absences, additional hours, dealing with pay slips and food vouchers
  • Dealing with statement and attestations of salary and social security cases
  • HR Reporting: elaboration and updating support of follow-up and HR management, especially in the update of BDES (a social & economics database)
  • Setting up and follow-up of Actalians files (OPCA: private hospital care and private training)
  • Communicating monthly departures / arrivals
  • Updating the telephone contact list of the firm
  • Administration and updating the HRIS and intranet
  • Drafting and uploading job announcements for recruiting interns
  • Managing and follow-up with unsolicited / spontaneous applications
  • Organising and participating in intern recruitment forums (EFB, SciencePo, Assas, etc.)

Personnel HR Administrator:

  • Welcoming new members into the firm and ensuring their integration
  • Managing the recruitment of salaried staff: participating in interviews, associating with the providers in charge of recruitment, sending job offers
  • Follow-up with salaried staff and lawyers: listening, supporting, and contributing to maintaining social order
  • Follow-up with part-time staff: recruitment, contracts, validation process of hours and bills
  • Close contact and support of interns throughout their placement
  • Ensure the communication of the specification of the firm and the social legislation

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of social / employment law
  • Capable of detecting HR issues / risks
  • Good knowledge of English
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Pack Office & HRIS

Personal Qualities:

  • Driven, creative force, team work, communicative, reactive and diplomatic

Qualifications:

Minimum Bac+3(Bachelor’s Degree) in Social/ Employment Law or HR

Experience:

  • General experience in a HR environment for at least a year

Contract: full time – 6 month contract

Salary: according to profile and experience

Location: Paris

Starting date: ASAP
