Bilingual secretary

On behalf of a client, TeamRH is searching for a:


Bilingual secretary

You will be working in an international law firm in Paris. Your position will include general secretarial duties in a legal environment.



-Typing of documents (contracts and letters);

-Document filing;

-Calendar and telephone management;

-Organisation of business trips;

-Timesheets tracking;

-Preparation of invoices;

-Constitution of files.



-Experience of approximately 2 years in a law firm (bank-financial structure);

-Perfectly bilingual in English and French (60/70% of work in English);

-Perfect command of Word, and fast typing skills;

-Dynamic, open-minded, with initiative, good stress management (managing emergencies), sense of confidentiality, rigorous;

-Strong involvement in their work;

-Team spirit;

-Flexibility of schedules would be a plus.



Contract: CDI

Hours: Full time

Salary: According to profile and experience

Location: Paris

Starting date: ASAP
