On behalf of a client, TeamRH is searching for a bilingual IT helpdesk technician:
Bilingual IT helpdesk technician
You will work in the Paris branch of an international law firm, as an IT helpdesk technician. You will join the IT team composed of an IT Director, an IT Manager and 3 Support Technicians.
Manage the IT infrastructure (iPhones / laptops & desktop computers);
Assist in the installation and implementation of IT equipment within the firm;
Ensure that equipment is ready for new arrivals and internal office relocations, in liaison with other departments;
Assist the international team in various interventions (servers/routers, computers, etc.);
Propose effective responses to user needs related to equipment such as computers, laptops, iPhones;
Manage and monitor incidents/requests and troubleshoot if necessary;
Assist, advise and train users in the various tools and IT equipment;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure top quality support;
Communicate with the international IT team;
Communicate the need for improvement of tools and IT equipment.
Knowledge of the TCP/IP network;
Knowledge of Windows 10 & O365;
French BAC/BTS qualification in computing;
English: Ability to communicate with the international team in both spoken and written English;
Required experience: 1-4 years.

Hours: Full time
Salary: Between €33 and €35K over 13 months
Starting date: ASAP
Possible travel to other offices in Europe required.
