Notary Assistant – Leasing & Financing

 The role is in an important Parisian notary office, you will word in the leasing and financing department, doing vital restructurings

Your main tasks

  • Creating paper and electronic files
  • Preliminary formalities, collecting documents, follow-up on files
  • Managing client files
  • Drafting contracts
  • Preparing files for the signatures

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a notary office
  • Initial training/ education in notary
  • Software skills must include iNot, GenApi, Actes Authentiques Electroniques (AAE)
  • You must be autonomous, dynamic, driven and enjoy team work

 Contract: CDI – full time/ permanent

Salary: according to profile and experience

Location: Paris

Starting date: ASAP
