On behalf of a client, TeamRH is searching for a(n): Trademark Assistant

Trademark Assistant (M/F)

Our client, a trademark consultancy and specialist in IP solutions and technologies, is looking for two trademark assistants to join their team in department 92.

Duties and responsibilities:

Within the team, you will be in charge of the following tasks

• Formalities for the renewal of French and European trademarks;
• Registrations with the INPI and the EUIPO;
• European trademark filings;
• French, European and international design filings.

Your profile:

• You are familiar with industrial property and ideally have previous experience in an IP consultancy in the field of formalities management;
• You are familiar with secretarial tasks, office automation tools, and have a knowledge of online formalities tools;
• You are flexibile, dynamic, reactive, organised, methodical, rigorous and have excellent priority management skills;
• Your discretion and sense of confidentiality are essential, recognised and appreciated.

Advantages:

• Individualised timetable with the possibility of arriving between 8 and 9.30 am and leaving between 4 and 7 pm;
• RIE access (access fee) or RTT if not going to the RIE;
• Car and bicycle parking;
• Currently 3 days in person in office and possibility of up to 2 days of remote working/WFH;
• Mutual health insurance (good coverage) and provident fund;
• Profit sharing agreement;
• Syntec collective agreement.

Contract: CDI (permanent contract)

Hours: Full time
