On behalf of a client, TeamRH is searching for a lawyer – judicial complex

Lawyer – Judicial Complex (M/F)

As a member of an important law firm in Tours, known for its external growth, you will join a team composed of 4 lawyers and 4 secretaries, working in the judicial department.

Duties and responsibilities:

Amongst other things, your main tasks will include:

• Drafting acts
• Managing files completely independently (legal research, study and summary of files, establishing defence strategies etc)
• Coordinating cases in direct contact with the main parties
• Preparing publications on topical subjects

Requirements:

• CAPA (Certificate of Qualification as a Lawyer)
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in a law firm
• Motivated and eager to be trained
• Sense of team spirit

• Contract: Employment contract or liberal collaboration contract
• Hours: Full time
• Salary: between 25k – 30k according to experience, excluding bonuses
• Location: Joué-Lès-Tours à Tours
• Provisional starting date: ASAP
